Vitality Living truly believes in wrap around care and support while you are in a transitional living. We do this by having staff and case managers available to you or your loved one 24 hours a day. Having clinical and support staff helps tremendously to set you up for success. Vitality is not a place for everyone. We look for individuals who are serious about getting well. We understand that when transitioning from residential treatment to outpatient care is where you face the most challenges in early recovery.
Being at Vitality Living is a commitment to yourself. We ask that you commit to your recovery for YOU. Building a solid foundation of recovery support and being willing to face obstacles that will make you more likely to succeed. Thats what Vitality Living offers.
